This course is needed to meet the legal requirement in Scotland to update your licensing knowledge every five years. 

Once this course is completed the learner will receive a qualification certificate that can be used to update their personal licence training records or renew their personal licence.

The course is split into two stages:

Stage 1 – Online Training Course:

Upon booking you will be given access to the online refresher course, this course contains all the learning necessary to move onto stage two, the SCPLH Refresher exam. The course can be taken at your own leisure with the ability to stop and start as you please, once the course is complete, learners will be able to progress to stage 2.

Stage 2 – Online BIIAB SCPLH Assessment:

The exam is multiple choice and will take 60 mins. Once the SCPLH assessment has been passed you will receive a BIIAB certificate of qualification (this is what you need to update or renew your personal licence)

This is an e-learning course so can be taken from the comfort of your own home or anywhere with internet access at a time convenient to you. All’s you will need is access to a computer with a camera and a quiet space to take the exam
