HTS were recommended to us for their professionalism and they really haven't disappointed. We attended the Personal Licence course back in January and all three of us passed. The course was really well run by Anthony, he was interesting and very informative. We later realised that HTS could help us in preparing the premises Licence for our new bar - whilst entering lockdown or literally just before HTS were efficient in getting all the necessary details needed for the licence which we were thrilled to receive on Monday. Exceptional service, firstly the training for personal licence was well delivered was personable, friendly and proficient. The training environment was very clean and comfortable at an accessible venue, the lead up to the training was well organised and communicated. I asked if they could help with the full licence application, whilst I waited for the licence to be authorised HTS applied for weekly TEN's so that we could serve alcohol. I thought service like this was dead and buried, it's really good to see that some businesses still take pride in what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone either seeking a personal licence or premises licence.
