We can usually submit your application on the same day as your consultation. Once submitted, the statutory consultation period is 28 days, during which responsible authorities and members of the public can make representations.
Our fee is £750 + VAT, plus the relevant local authority application fee and the cost of the required newspaper advertisement.
You do not need planning permission before submitting a premises licence application. However, your property’s planning use class should be appropriate for your intended business, as planning and licensing are separate legal requirements.
