Our application fee is £750 plus vat and will be taken on commencement of the application, any additional disbursements will be invoiced during the progression of the application. These disbursements will include:
  • The council application fee
  • The newspaper advertisement

We can usually submit your application on the same day as your consultation. Once submitted, the statutory consultation period is 28 days, during which responsible authorities and members of the public can make representations.
